• Wagashi (和 菓子) are traditional Japanese sweets that are served  usually with matcha, Japanese sweets have, in addition to an unparalleled flavor, a lot of technique, beauty and different types of textures.

• The seasonality of Japanese cuisine also serves Wagashi with different types of sweets throughout each season of the year.

• Japan after the opening of the border to the West suffers various gastronomic influences from different countries where some western sweets and desserts are directly influenced by Japanese ingredients and techniques giving rise to Yogashi.

• In front of the Wagashi and Yogashi Course, Sensei Ishizuka Miho coordinates and administers the entire structure and menu of the ISHIZUKA ACADEMY Courses.
