SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Deliveries:

The deliveries will obey the deadlines and forms stipulated by the Post Office and/or by the transport companies, and the counting of the deadlines will start from the postage in the carrier.

For your safety and convenience, your order can be tracked by the number that will be made available by us after confirmation of payment.

EXCHANGES:

Under the Consumer Protection Code, our customers have the convenience of requesting the exchange of their orders, due to regret or dissatisfaction, within 7 (seven) days of receipt. However, for this to happen, the product must not have been used. It is available as a consumer option:

I - Return of the value of the product, not being refunded the value of the freight;

II - Credit for a new purchase, except for the freight charge;

III – When exchanging for another product, the customer must pay the price difference if the chosen product is more expensive. If the product chosen is of lower value, the consumer will have a credit for future purchases. We also remind you that the product chosen for the exchange must be available in our stock.

In case of return/exchange, the Consumer Protection Code informs that the company is not responsible for the return/exchange of the product if it is proved, by a technical report, that the defect was caused by misuse.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS WITH A LOGO OR NAME CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

 

Shipping Conditions:

If the exchange of the product is due to a breakdown or a purchase disagreement, the product must be sent by FEDEX TO BE CHARGED, paying o  for the shipping costs.

If the exchange of the product is motivated by the customer's regret, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer himself, the most convenient way being at his discretion.

In these situations, if the requested product is not in stock, the customer is free to choose another product in our stock or to be reimbursed for the amount paid.

 

If the new product has a higher value than the one previously chosen, the customer must promote the complementation of the value by means of a bank deposit. does not refund the difference in value to the customer if the value of the new product is less than that of the previous product.

Reimbursement of Values:

The reimbursement of amounts will follow the same form of payment used at the time of purchase, provided that the conditions described above are observed and as follows:

Credit Card: the refund of the amount will be requested by the King of Cutlery to the card operator, and will be carried out according to the procedure stipulated by the operator.

Bank slip / Online Transfer: the refund of the amount will be made directly to the current account held by the customer within a period of up to 10 (ten) business days, and credit cannot be granted to the account of third parties.

When the product purchased has its security seal violated, we ask that you refuse to receive it, immediately informing our Customer Service (SAC) in other locations, or through our electronic mail - , informing (i. ) name, (ii) address, (iii) order number and (iv) contact telephone number, which we will promptly contact to provide prompt advice.

If any irregularity is found (eg misuse, absence of invoice), the King of Cutlery will be released from accepting the product without a detailed analysis of the situation. We will contact you to try to solve your problem in the best possible way.

To make a safe purchase, carefully evaluate the specifications of each product such as the description, technical sheet, dimensions and color, as well as delivery terms and conditions for your location.
